I'm a Melbourne born London based children's photographer. I studied photography at Victorian College of the Arts and have spent the past 6 years freelancing in London. I have worked in advertising, shooting campaigns for Vodafone and Sony. My other clients include The Guardian, O2, Virgin, Fortnum and Mason, NME and Loud and Quiet magazine.
I was drawn to children's photography when I inherited my partner's 3 year old daughter. Naturally, I couldn't help but want to shoot her every move! This quickly developed into photographing other peoples children and I'm happy to say I've never enjoyed my work so much.
I've always loved kids - I've always had a natural ability to get on their level.
As you will see from the work featured on this site, I aim to capture each infant, toddler or child in their natural environment, the place where they are happiest! Whether it be the beach, the park or the back garden; I believe this ensures each image encapsulates the essence of that child at that particular, fleeting moment in time.
